Hello All Kiwanis Soccer Families and Coaches,

These are the Inclement weather guidelines that needs to be followed at ALL times for us to keep our liability insurance and for the safety of all!

Just Light Rain

*Scheduled practices will be determined by the coaches of each individual team.

                Coaches should inform you by Email within ½ hour of scheduled practice if they will be cancelled.

*Scheduled Games will be played in light rain.

                Bob will determine within a ½ hour of each game about cancellations. I will email only if games are cancelled.

                Please do NOT email me about games or practices. Please watch your email. Weather changes quickly. If there is a greater than 50/50 chance for lightning, thunder, or heavy rains I will cancel!

Lightning and/or Thunder

*Scheduled practices will be cancelled if it lightnings or thunders within ½ hour of your scheduled practice.

                If any practice has started. At the moment of lightning or thunder the practice is Cancelled!

*Scheduled Games: Any game will be cancelled if there is lightning or thunder within ½ hour of game.

                Any game in progress will be cancelled immediately after lightning or thunder. Any following games that day will be determined by the time of game and last lightning or thunder.

                You could have an early game cancelled and still play later games depending on weather conditions.

Anytime there is a lightning strike or thunder, coaches please do not stop to discuss with players or parents upcoming practice or games.  The players should leave the area Immediately.
